Refund policy

If an item was supplied correctly, a handling fee applies and the remaining balance will be credited toward an exchange item. We do not offer refunds on correctly supplied car seat covers. However, we will gladly assist with an exchange for the correct product for your vehicle.

If an item was supplied incorrectly by us, there are no fees charged to the customer. We will exchange the item for the correct one at no cost, provided it is returned in the same condition as originally sent.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order date
  • Approved items must be returned within 7 days
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was ours

Fees and Charges

  • 10% cancellation administration fee if cancelled before delivery
  • 15% restocking and handling fee for returns after delivery
  • Courier and shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs incurred by Any Car Seat Covers Pty Ltd will be deducted from the exchange or credit

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition and folded as supplied
  • Be unused and unworn, with tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the original payment method.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle details and product accuracy before completing their purchase.

Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or company error.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Any Car Seat Covers Pty Ltd reserves the right to correct pricing errors or revoke offers after an order has been placed.
