These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Any Car Seat Covers website (seat-covers.co.za) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

Any Car Seat Covers is a South African-based online retailer specialising in custom-fit waterproof car seat covers, rubber mats, and related vehicle interior accessories. We operate as a reseller marketplace connecting customers with quality manufacturers including Kindo Covers and Escape Gear.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colours and finish may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors

3. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the correct vehicle make, model, and year is selected when placing an order

4. Custom-Made Products

Our seat covers are custom-manufactured for your specific vehicle. Production commences upon receipt of payment. Please note:

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Turnaround time is typically 5–7 working days for manufacturing, plus shipping time
  • We will notify you if there are any delays to your order

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Processed securely via Adumo Online payment gateway
  • EFT Bank Deposit: Direct bank transfer to our Capitec Business account. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment receipt.

All card transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We do not store your full card details.

6. Embroidery Add-On

  • Custom embroidery is available on front seats only
  • Embroidery pricing is per front seat
  • A once-off digitising fee applies for converting your logo into an embroidery-ready format
  • Only high-resolution artwork in PDF format will be accepted
  • Digitising fees are non-refundable

7. Shipping

Shipping is available nationwide across South Africa. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Full details are available in our Refund & Return Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, images, text, graphics, and software) is the property of Any Car Seat Covers or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
